SUMMARY:Adult Mental Health First Aid Training
DESCRIPTION:Adams County Health Department is so excited to partner with Anythink to offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). \nMHFA certification equips adults with the skills to support people experiencing mental health issues\, covering essential knowledge and practical strategies. It will be offered in a blended learning format. \nParticipants complete 1–2 hours of self-paced online pre-work through the MHFA Connect platform\, followed by an 8-hour\, in-person session featuring interactive discussions\, videos\, and group activities. Upon successful completion of all course components and the online post-test\, participants earn certification as an Adult Mental Health First Aider.
