Levon Hupfer, MA, LAC, MAC

Deputy Executive Director

Levon Hupfer is a proud husband and father in his home county, where he serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Adams County Health Department. He has been a practicing licensed addiction counselor in Colorado since 2011. He previously served as the Director of Diversion, Health and Legislation for the Adams and Broomÿeld District Attorney’s Office, and prior to that was an administrator of a 50-bed treatment program for the Colorado Division of Youth Services. He has been an instructor in the Graduate Department of Psychology at Colorado State University since 2018. Currently, he serves as an Advisory Council Member for HCA HealthOne Mountain Ridge Hospital and a member of the Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization Regional Advisory Council.

His passion is to use his expertise and relationships to transform systems from the inside out, applying restorative justice principles.
