Michelle Harris, MPH, RDN

Nutrition and Family Health Division Director

Michelle Harris serves as the Nutrition and Family Health Division Director for the Adams County Health Department. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetics Registration. Michelle has over 28 years of experience in the public health field, serving as a Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Dietitian, State WIC Nutrition Consultant, Health Promotions Administrator, and Dietetic Internship Program Director. Michelle is passionate about staff growth and development, ensuring all staff have the tools, education, and knowledge necessary to positively support and impact the lives of families they serve daily.
