Our Westminster Immunization and Project Connects (Harm Reduction and Sexual Health) Clinics will be closed in the morning on Friday, February 27, for an all-staff meeting. The clinics we re-open at 1 p.m. for regular services. WIC and Health Enrollment services will be available as normal.

FEE UPDATE: Beginning January 1, 2026, the State of Colorado will increase fees for birth and death certificates to $25 for the first copy and $20 for each additional copy within the same order.

Our department issues certified birth and death certificates for all Colorado counties. Each certificate is a legal document, produced on forgery-resistant paper with watermarks, raised engraving, enhanced security measures, and a unique identification number.
