Harm Reduction Services at Irving Street Library

Join project connects each Thursday at the Irving Street Library for no-cost harm reduction services including access to safer use supplies, test strips, Naloxone distribution and education, and more. We also provide no-cost STI testing. Just look for the Project Connects vehicle in the parking lot!
