Journey to Wellness: A Diabetes Prevention Program (VIRTUAL)

Gain the tools you need to become a healthier you for life. This lifestyle change program will provide you with a full year of support to help you reduce your risk of future health problems like diabetes and heart disease, all at no cost to you.

Topics include

  • Eating healthy
  • Physical activity
  • Weight loss
  • Managing stress
  • Overcoming barriers
  • Finding motivation to change

We are starting new year-long virtual class series on:

  • Wednesday, January 7, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, January 13, 10 – 11 a.m. (SPANISH)
  • Tuesday, January 20, 6 – 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 21, 12 – 1 p.m.
  • Monday, January 26, 5 – 6 p.m. (SPANISH)
  • Tuesday, February 10, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Classes will then be held weekly on the same day, at the same time. While each class series is a year-long, you may sign up as late as three sessions into the series.
