Take Control Of Your Health

Journey to Wellness is the National Diabetes Prevention Program recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This program is for people who live with prediabetes, have been previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes, or score high on the risk test for diabetes. Our low-to-no-cost classes can lower your risk for developing type 2 diabetes by up to 58%.

Class Sign-Up

Journey to Wellness encourages people to sign up early before seats fill up. Classes are available in-person or virtual, in English or Spanish.
