Our nurses support Adams County families of all sizes during pregnancy, after delivery, or in the parenting journey.

Meeting Your Needs, Supporting Healthier Families

Our nurse-led team is here to assist and support you during pregnancy, the newborn stage, and up to the baby’s first birthday. We encourage and support healthy social, emotional, and physical development at our core.

Anyone living in Adams County who meets income requirements can qualify for the Nurse Support Program. Call or email us to find out if you are eligible.

How We Can Support You

Our team can serve you in many ways and will set up a time to meet at a safe location that works for you, including your home. We can provide

  • Prenatal and postpartum assessments
  • Newborn and child assessments
  • Answers to your parenting questions
  • Coordination with medical providers
  • Food, housing, baby supplies, and other resources
  • Connection with breastfeeding, immunization, and nutrition services

Our nurses cannot make a diagnosis or perform any medical treatments.

Sign-Ups and Referrals

Whether you are interested in signing up or wish to refer someone to our program, please complete and email the attached form. Families can only be referred if they live in Adams County, meet income requirements, and are pregnant or parenting a young baby.
