Nurse Support Changes Effective May 2026

We are sorry, but the Nurse Support Program is no longer available. We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to the community, partner providers, Adams County Human Services Department, and most importantly, the families who allowed us the honor of serving.

Although the Nurse Support Program is sunsetting, ACHD continues to offer first-time expectant parents the Nurse-Family Partnership® (NFP), one of the nation’s most extensively researched and evidence-based nurse home visitation programs.

Adams County Health Department remains committed to advancing the health, safety, and well-being of Adams County residents through strategic investments in prevention and community-based services.
