Starting January 2026, Project Connects: Harm Reduction services will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a one-hour lunch 12 to 1 p.m., on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Tuesday, we will be open 1 to 4 p.m.

All Adams County Health Department clinics and offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25, with limited services on Wednesday, December 24 and Friday, December 26. Please call the office or clinic you plan to visit in advance to confirm hours.

Project Connects is Adams County’s Harm Reduction and Sexual Health program. Explore our no-cost, confidential STI testing and treatment services available to all—no identification required for testing!

Creating Connections Through Safe, Confidential Services

We offer vital sexual health services throughout Adams County, available at our various clinics and through mobile outreach. Your health matters! Our services are available to all at no or low cost.

Our Services

  • HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis testing with results available in minutes. In most cases, there’s no need to draw blood. If applicable, we may need to run confirmatory tests.
  • Chlamydia and Gonorrhea testing with results in one to two weeks
  • STI treatment for you and sexual partners
  • PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) navigation and prescriptions in-clinic
  • Safer-sex supplies, including condoms, lube, and dental dams
