Creating Connections Through Safe, Confidential Services

We offer vital sexual health services throughout Adams County, available at our various clinics and through mobile outreach. Your health matters! Our services are available to all at no or low cost.

Our Services

HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis testing with results available in minutes. In most cases, there’s no need to draw blood. If applicable, we may need to run confirmatory tests.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea testing with results in one to two weeks
STI treatment for you and sexual partners
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) navigation and prescriptions in-clinic
Safer-sex supplies, including condoms, lube, and dental dams
