What Foods Do You Get on WIC?

WIC Foods are purchased at local grocery stores with an eWIC card. Healthy WIC foods are selected to accommodate a variety of cultures.

WIC food packages may contain:

  • Baby food and infant formula
  • Fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables
  • Milk, cheese, and eggs
  • Dairy alternatives such as tofu and soymilk
  • Whole-grain choices
  • Canned or dried beans and peas
  • Varieties of canned fish
  • Cereal
  • 100% fruit and vegetable juices
  • Peanut butter
