Our North Broadway Clinic has permanently closed. We’re deeply grateful for the years we’ve shared with our community there. The same caring staff you know, and trust will continue supporting you from our other ACHD locations.

Locations

All Adams County Health Department clinics and offices will be closed on Monday, October 5, in recognition of Cabrini Day. We will reopen for our regular hours on Tuesday, October 6.

This series of diabetes group classes is open to individuals and their support networks with all kinds of diabetes, all at no cost to you.

We are holding virtual classes on

  • Mondays starting October 12, 12 – 1 p.m. (ENGLISH)
  • Tuesdays starting October 13, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. (ENGLISH)
  • Wednesdays starting January 6, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (ENGLISH)
