This lifestyle change program will provide you with a full year of support to help you reduce your risk of future health problems like diabetes and heart disease\, all at no cost to you. \nTopics include \n\nEating healthy\nPhysical activity\nWeight loss\nManaging stress\nOvercoming barriers\nFinding motivation to change\n\nWe are starting new year-long virtual class series on: \n\nTuesdays starting August 11\, 6 – 7 p.m. (SPANISH)\nWednesdays starting August 19\, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. (ENGLISH)\nThursdays starting September 3\, 6 – 7 p.m. (ENGLISH)\n\nClasses will then be held weekly on the same day\, at the same time.
