Journey to Wellness: A Diabetes Prevention Program (VIRTUAL)

Gain the tools you need to become a healthier you for life. This lifestyle change program will provide you with a full year of support to help you reduce your risk of future health problems like diabetes and heart disease, all at no cost to you.

Topics include

  • Eating healthy
  • Physical activity
  • Weight loss
  • Managing stress
  • Overcoming barriers
  • Finding motivation to change

We are starting new year-long virtual class series on:

  • Tuesdays starting August 11, 6 – 7 p.m. (SPANISH)
  • Wednesdays starting August 26, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. (ENGLISH)
  • Thursdays starting September 3, 6 – 7 p.m. (ENGLISH)

Classes will then be held weekly on the same day, at the same time. While each class series is a year-long, you may sign up as late as three sessions into the series.
