DESCRIPTION:Gain the tools you need to become a healthier you for life. This lifestyle change program will provide you with a full year of support to help you reduce your risk of future health problems like diabetes and heart disease\, all at no cost to you. \nTopics include \n\nEating healthy\nPhysical activity\nWeight loss\nManaging stress\nOvercoming barriers\nFinding motivation to change\n\nWe are starting new year-long virtual class series on: \n\nTuesdays starting September 29\, 5 – 6 p.m. (ENGLISH)\nTuesdays starting January 5\, 6 – 7 p.m. (ENGLISH)\nMondays starting January 11\, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (ENGLISH)\nWednesdays starting January 13\, Noon – 1 p.m. (ENGLISH)\n\nClasses will then be held weekly on the same day\, at the same time.
