Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is a valuable opportunity for adults to develop skills, including essential knowledge and strategies to support young people experiencing mental health issues.

This course is offered via a hybrid virtual and in-person model. Participants will complete one to two hours of online pre-work, followed by eight hours of in-person guidance, including discussions, videos, and group activities. Upon successful completion of all coursework and the online post-test, participants will earn the Mental Health First Aider certification.
