All Adams County Government offices, including all Health Department locations and Motor Vehicle offices, will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25. Normal business hours will resume Thursday, Dec. 26. The Adams County Human Services Center will close at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 24, while the Clerk & Recorder office will be closed all day. Both will resume normal business hours on Thursday, Dec. 26. Riverdale Animal Shelter will also be closed on these days. Normal business hours will resume Thursday, Dec. 26, at 10 a.m.
