Immunization Schedules

CDC Immunization Schedules

Children (birth -18 years)

Call your child’s regular health care provider, clinic, or our Immunization Hotline 303-451-0123 to keep your child's immunizations up-to-date.

  • Routine childhood and adolescent immunizations are given at birth, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 to 18 months, 4 to 6 years, 11 to 12 years, and 16 to 18 years.
    • Schools require certain vaccinations and your children may need additional vaccines before kindergarten and sixth grade.

Adults (19 years and older)

Make an appointment with your regular health care provider, clinic, or our Immunization Hotline 303.451.0123 to stay up-to-date and healthy. Review the CDC's recommended immunizations for adults to keep you healthy.

Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Tests

Tuberculosis screening (PPD/TB skin test) is sometimes required for school or employment. We offer these tests for $20. TB skin tests require the client to return 48-72 hours after placement for the test to be read and interpreted. Because of this, we only offer tests on specific days and times to ensure your test can be completed. We do not offer TB blood tests.

Call 303.451.0123 for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Travel Vaccines

If you are traveling internationally, you may need additional vaccines. Review the CDC's health recommendations for traveling. Find an International travel clinic in the metro Denver area.
