Adams County Health Department Immunization clinic participates in the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS), also known as the state immunization registry. CIIS is a confidential, population-based, computerized system that collects and consolidates immunization data for all persons born, residing in, or receiving immunizations in the State of Colorado. CIIS helps healthcare providers, schools, childcare centers, universities, and individuals keep track of the vaccines that they and/or their children have received.
CIIS is a program within the Colorado Immunization Section at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). CIIS is a lifelong immunization record tracking system under the Colorado Immunization Registry Act of 2007.
Learn more about CIIS on the CIIS program website.
CIIS is an Op-Out registry. To exclude yours or your child’s information from CIIS, visit the CIIS Opt-Out & Rescind Opt-Out Procedure web page or talk to one of our immunization clinic staff. You will also find information on this web page for how to Rescind the CIIS Opt-Out.

Adults (19 years and older)
Make an appointment with your regular healthcare provider, clinic, or our ACHD Immunization Clinic at 303.451.0123 to stay up-to-date and healthy. Review the CDC's recommended immunizations for adults to keep you and your family healthy.
Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Tests
Tuberculosis screening (PPD or TB skin test) is sometimes required for school or employment. We offer these tests for $20. A TB skin test requires two appointments where the client needs to return 48-72 hours after placement for the test to be read and interpreted. Because of this, we only offer tests on specific days and times to ensure your test can be completed. We currently do not offer IGRA or TB blood tests.
Call 303.451.0123 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
Travel Vaccines
ACHD is not a travel vaccine clinic. If you are traveling internationally, you may need additional vaccines prior to travel so you can stay safe and healthy during your trip. Review the CDC's health recommendations for traveling.
